GOLF COURSE

Rules of the GGC golf course

(1) All persons staying on the territory of the complex – golf course, tennis courts, park, buildings and using the facilities and equipment are obliged to comply with these regulations.

(2) All persons entering the golf course are required to report to the golf course reception.

(3) All persons on the golf course are required to display their Gradi Golf Club membership card or entrance ticket in a prominent place visible to Marshall.

(4) In addition, all persons residing in the golf course and hotel facility are required to comply with the instructions of the golf course staff.

(5) Persons who do not comply with the rules or instructions of the golf course staff may be asked to leave the facility.

(6) All persons residing in the complex are at their own expense and risk. Gradi Golf Club is not responsible for any kind of property damage or injury.

GOLF COURSE

GGC golf course local rules

(1) out of bounds, defined by a line passing on the inside of white stakes at ground level or fence posts (concrete, wooden and mesh) surrounding the field and white lines

(2) internal out of bounds :

  • If while playing on : hole No. 1 the player’s ball is behind the stakes on hole No. 8 it is on the ace. The stakes are considered as boundary elements when playing hole No. 1 . For all other holes it is an artificial immovable handicap.
  • Hole 4 (behind the green), hole 6 (along the right and left side of the fairway), hole 7 (left side – vine plantings),

(3) penalty areas (rule 17) – defined as yellow and red (marked with stakes or lines).

(4) abnormal field conditions (including artificial immovable obstructions) – rule. 16.1:

  • Grounds in repair (GUR)-marked with blue stakes or blue lines , mini golf area on the left side of hole 18
  • Forbidden play zone (No Play Zone) – flower beds with ornamental plants
  • Artificial non-movable obstructions(24-2): any paved roads, parts of irrigation and drainage systems, trash cans, benches, nets, walls, steps in bunkers, trees with plastic covers or supported by stakes, stone structures in bunkers on the 6th hole

(5) DROP ZONE “DZ”:

  • Hole 7 – DZ. on the hill – if the stone and concrete path interferes with the ball’s position, alignment and swing area for hitting, the player, without penalty, may use the release in accordance with Rule 16-1, or the additional option of dropping the ball in the drop zone. The drop zone is the release area according to Rule 14.3,
  • Holes 11 and 18 – if the ball is in the penalty area and when it is known and basically certain that the ball that was not found is in the penalty area, the player may, with a penalty of one stroke, take a release in accordance with Rule 17.1 or as an additional option drop the ball in the drop zone. The drop zone is the release area according to Rule 14.3,
